DiSabatino Inc.’s Pronto Pools division is looking for a dedicated Pool Salesperson to help clients turn their visions into reality. With us, you’ll work in a collaborative environment with a commitment to quality, service, and craftsmanship.The Pool Salesperson will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with prospective clients, and guiding them through the pool design and sales process. You’ll represent our Pronto Pools division, delivering outstanding customer service while offering tailored solutions that meet each client’s unique needs and budget.Compensation$100,000-$200,000 OTEPaid Time Off (PTO)Comprehensive Benefits Package available after 60 daysBonus opportunities

Compensation:

$100,000 - $200,000 (Base + Commission)

Responsibilities: Engage and build relationships with potential clients to understand their outdoor space goalsConduct on-site consultations, providing recommendations that align with the client’s visionDevelop customized pool designs in collaboration with the design teamPrepare and present detailed proposals, including pricing and project timelinesFollow up on leads promptly and maintain clear communication throughout the sales processCollaborate with project managers to ensure customer expectations are metAchieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Qualifications: 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in outdoor living, construction, or related industry Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on relationship-buildingProficiency in Salesforce CRM is preferred but not required Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to exceed sales targetsKnowledge of pool designs, materials, and construction process is a plusValid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client meetings About Company
